We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receipt to request replacement or full refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. If the product was damaged, please email an explanation of the damage so that we can replace it and audit our products.

To start a return, you can contact us at joy@extraearrings.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Although most packages are mailed the same day as your purchase, all packages are mailed within 3 business days by USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to you when the order has been fulfilled.

In the state of Texas, most packages are received within 3-4 business days from the date it is mailed. Outside of Texas, mail times have run a little longer. They have typically been received within 5-8 business days. We have noticed that the further you are from Texas, the longer it can take. 

If you would like to have items shipped by a different method, or expedited, please contact us at joy@extraearrings.com. I will do my best to contact you by the end of the day to arrange alternate shipping arrangements.

It depends on the availabiilty of the jewelry pieces. Some of our supplies are found items from local Austin businesses and once supplies in that location run out, we may never be able to get the same item. I promise to work with these vendors to try and replace the item if possible.

Other items are ordered from larger distributors. The availability of these supplies can be impacted backlog.

For these reasons, we recommend you utilize the Notify me when the item is back in stock function. This will allow you to be notified immediately when out of stock items are replaced.
