1- Is Extra Earrings Jewelry safe to wear?

Any piece of jewelry with the Handmade and Hypoallergenic sticker is guaranteed safe for your skin. If you have a reaction to any item, please contact us and we will both refund and replace your item.

2- How long will my items take to ship?

We do our best to mail everything within 2 business days. The maximum amount of time that an item could take during our busy periods and holidays is 5 business days.

3- What does handmade mean?
Handmade means that a team member assembled the piece of jewelry. It greatly improves the design and quality of the item. 

4- What if my item breaks?

We guarantee all items for safety and quality for 3 months. That means that if your item breaks or breaks out your skin, just contact us at Joy@ExtraEarrings.com and we will personally replace and refund the item.
